Refund and Returns Policy

Refund Policy – RH Soft Tech Online Courses

This Refund Policy explains the terms and conditions under which refunds are offered for training programs provided by RH Soft Tech. By enrolling in any of our online courses, the student agrees to the terms mentioned below.

1. Free Demo Classes

RH Soft Tech offers two (2) free demo classes to all new students before they make any payment. These demo sessions are provided so that students can:

  • Understand the course structure
  • Evaluate the trainer’s teaching method
  • Check the quality of training and content
  • Decide whether they want to continue the course

Students are strongly advised to attend both demo sessions before confirming their enrollment.

2. Fee Payment Structure

After attending the two free demo classes, students who wish to continue the course must follow the payment structure below:

  • 50% of the total course fee must be paid immediately after attending the two demo classes.
  • The remaining 50% of the fee must be paid after completion of 50% of the course.

Access to regular classes will be confirmed only after the first installment (50%) has been successfully paid.

3. Server Access and Course Resources

Once the first installment is paid, the student will receive access to:

  • Course training materials
  • Practice resources
  • Server access (if applicable to the course)

Since server access and course resources involve operational costs, they are activated only after the student confirms enrollment through payment.

4. No Refund After 2+ Classes

RH Soft Tech follows a strict no-refund policy after the demo sessions are completed.

  • If a student attends two or more classes (including demo sessions) and later decides not to continue the course, no refund will be initiated.
  • Once the student has attended more than two sessions and server access has been provided, the enrollment will be treated as confirmed and non-refundable.

5. Refund Requests

Refund requests will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • If the student decides to discontinue after attending 2+ classes
  • If the student is unable to attend classes due to personal reasons
  • If the student fails to complete assignments or practice sessions
  • If server access has already been provided

6. Agreement to Policy

By enrolling in any course at RH Soft Tech, the student confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.

7. Policy Updates

RH Soft Tech reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any updates will be reflected on the official website.
